Rome car service order form

Once you will fill-in the form and you click "submit", it will arrive at "Roman HomesŽ". We will check that all data are filled-in and that everything is in good order. We will organize the service with our car service company, and we will send you a confirmation message.

ATTENTION PLEASE:

(1) The service is organized as dedication only for clients staying at ROMAN HOMESŽ properties, using a trusted car service company.

(2) The service is organized before you arrive at the apartment, and should be kindly paid upon your check-in.

(3) The departure car service (to the airport, train station, port etc.) at the end of the rental should be kindly reserved together with the arrival service to the apartment, and not in "split" stages (for ex. after you book the arrival car service, or during your stay at the property etc.), as it entails re-processing with the car service company, with possible dispersion of communication. Sorry.

(4) We cannot process services occurring *after your stay* (for ex. at the end of other legs of your Italian stay, if you return to Rome etc.) unless you book them *before* you arrive at the apartment (at the same stage of point 2 and 3) and pay them upon check-in. Thank you.

Price: to / from the airport: 80 Euro one way, 75 Euro each way for two ways service // to and from the train station: 60 Euro each way.

(groups up to 5 persons and a max. of 5 NORMAL suitcases, and 5 small carry-on bags)

(C) A LARGE VAN also known as MINIBUS
Price: to / from the airport: 85 Euro each way // to and from the train station: 70 Euro each way.

(groups up to 8 persons and up to 12 NORMAL suitcases and 8 small CARRY-ON_BAGS).

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION not to exceed the transport capacity of the cars, as it will be impossible then transporting you, or fixing the car error at the airport: in fact, the drivers start their service from their garage in Rome, not at the airport, which is far from town!

NOTE: for services occuring earlier than 7 AM, or from 10 PM henceforth, there is a supplement of 15 Euro.

The driver will ring at your door bell at the time you write for the return car service. It is also recommended that one of your group waits for the driver downstairs at the front door of the palace, at the requested pick-up time, to facilitate his work (he might not find the ring in the entryphone etc.).

IMPORTANT please: If you want to cancel any car service, you must do it within 3 business days before the day / time you indicate, or it will be billed to you nevertheless.
